Job summary

Elitech (UK) Limited in Greenwich seeks a versatile leader to oversee warehouse operations, financial management, and offline business development across the UK. You will coordinate sales, operations, and administration, ensuring compliance with UK policies while expanding market presence.

The role requires strong organizational skills, bilingual English/Chinese proficiency, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This full-time position is based on-site in Greenwich.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Management, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in sales, operations, or business administration.
• Legal right to work in the UK (visa, settled status, or citizenship).
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
• Familiarity with the UK business environment, local tax or banking processes is a plus.
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient inbound/outbound operations, accurate inventory, and supervising product quality.
• Identify and develop local offline business opportunities and partnerships to drive sales growth.
• Review financial statements, budgets, and expenditures to ensure financial stability and compliance.
• Support Amazon and other e-commerce operations by ensuring smooth offline delivery and after-sales service.
• Supervise and support customer service, warehouse, and finance teams.
• Regularly report the branch's operational performance and market updates to headquarters.

Job description

• Manage daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient inbound/outbound operations, accurate inventory, and supervising product quality. （We have one warehouse specialist，so you don't need to spend lots of time on it)

2. Offline Business Development in the UK

• Identify and develop local offline business opportunities and partnerships with a focus on driving sales performance growth to expand market presence.（Core responsibility, but only after all other operations have been stabilized

3. Financial Management and Risk Control

• Review financial statements, budgets, and expenditures to ensure financial stability and compliance.
• Understand and apply UK fiscal and taxation policies, handle tax-related matters properly, and mitigate potential financial risks. (We also have an Accounting Assistant to help you and work together on it, so dont worry about it also .)

4. Collaboration with Online Operations

• Support Amazon and other e-commerce operations by ensuring smooth offline delivery, qualification documentation, and after-sales service.

5. Team Management and Coordination

• Supervise and provide support to the customer service, warehouse, and finance teams.

6. Reporting and Communication

• Regularly report the branch's operational performance and market updates to the headquarters, ensuring alignment with the company strategy.

Qualifications
