Qualifications

• 2–3 years in an operations-focused role, ideally in a startup or scale-up tech company.
• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience managing recurring processes and deadlines.
• Confidence handling financial, commercial or sensitive information.
• Good written and verbal communication; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support recurring finance processes including invoices, payments and payroll administration.
• Coordinate internal processes across teams to improve efficiency.
• Manage documentation related to new customers and commercial activity.
• Assist with events, meetings and team activities and travel logistics.
• Identify processes that can be automated and work with AI tools to improve workflows.
• Collaborate with external suppliers and partners on operational tasks.
