Job summary

Trace | Expert Accountancy & Finance Recruitment in London is seeking an Operations Manager to become the operational backbone of the growing practice. The role covers operations, compliance, technology, people and client experience, working closely with the founders to scale the business.

You will drive operational excellence, improve systems and workflows, lead governance and onboarding, and support strategic projects as growth continues.

• Significant experience in practice, operations or business management within an accounting practice environment.
• Loves improving processes and implementing better ways of working.
• Highly organised, commercially minded and thrives on autonomy.
• Confidently manages multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
