Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in an operations-focused role.
• Experience in startups, scale-ups or growing tech companies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Experience handling sensitive financial or commercial information.

Responsibilities

• Support recurring finance processes including invoices, payments and payroll administration.
• Help manage commercial documentation and administration for new customers.
• Coordinate internal processes across teams within the business.
• Manage documentation and ensure operational tasks are completed on time.
• Support company events, meetings and team activities.
• Coordinate travel and logistics as required.
• Work with external suppliers and partners.
• Identify repetitive processes and opportunities to automate.
• Apply AI and other technology tools to improve workflows.
• Support wider business projects as the company grows.
