Adelphi is seeking an entry-level Operations Associate to provide operational and project coordination support for its Patient-Centered Outcomes team. The role focuses on planning, monitoring, and reporting across projects to enable timely research delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in project management or business, with strong organisational and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in project management, business studies, business management, business administration, logistics.
• Experience in operational or project coordination/management roles is desirable.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor projects, attend meetings, track actions and deliverables.
• Prepare project portfolio status updates and reports.
• Support financial aspects of projects in collaboration with project leaders and administrators.
• Support data entry and use of project management systems.
