Responsibilities

  • Project planning, coordination and monitoring across project teams

What we do: Our purpose is to improve patients’ lives by informing healthcare decisions. We do this by supporting clients in Patient-Reported Outcomes research that can inform clinical-trial decision-making. What we are looking for: A highly motivated entry-level Operations Associate with a passion for providing operational and project coordination and support to enable effective and efficient delivery. You will ideally have a Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in project management, business studies, business management, business administration, logistics, or a similar field; and/or relevant experience in an operational or project coordination/management role. You should have excellent organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills and good numeracy and literacy, with excellent Microsoft Office skills. You should have a drive to develop your project coordination and management capabilities in a supportive environment. Experience in the use of project management tools/software (e.g., Adobe Workfront, HIVE, Microsoft Project) is desirable. Experience with, or awareness of project co-ordination or management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., PRINCE 2, PMP, CAPM, or Agile) is desirable. You must have eligibility to work in the UK.
