Jumpstart is hiring an Operations Associate for a seed-stage AI startup serving 15,000+ UK charities, foundations and funders. Based in London (Old Street) you’ll work 4 days in the office and help run core operations, admin and security processes.

You’ll pull scattered operational work into one tidy function and report to the Chief of Staff, thriving on organisation, detail and staying calm under pressure in a fast-growing environment.
