Responsibilities

• Entering new transactions and information into our underwriting system, ensuring records are complete and up to date.
• Supporting the billing process by completing transaction checklists and ensuring the right information is recorded.
• Tracking outstanding payments and following up on items needing attention.
• Working with Finance and legal counsel to track legal fees and ensure invoices are recorded and processed.
• Supporting the closing process by keeping files complete, organised and ready for review.
• Providing day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Transaction Liability team.
• Getting involved in other tasks and projects as you build knowledge and experience.
