Job summary

The Roseland Multi Academy Trust is seeking an Operations Assistant to join the Central Team, supporting the Operations Manager, CFO and site teams with daily admin to ensure safety, efficiency and statutory compliance across Trust sites near Truro, Cornwall. The role requires travel between schools, a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.

It is term-time only with most holidays, plus an extra 10 days in holidays; occasional homeworking may be available after four months, with mileage

• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Manager, CFO and site teams with daily administration duties to ensure the Trust operates safely, efficiently and compliantly.
• Liaise with other staff, schools within the Trust and contractors to ensure the smooth operation of business, finance and health and safety functions.
• Travel regularly between Trust sites; a full driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.
• There is the option of occasional homeworking after the first four months in post; mileage is paid.
