Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure in Worcester is seeking an Operations Assistant to join our club team. You will support across departments to keep the club clean, open and close tasks, and welcome members, helping to ensure a safe, enjoyable visit every day.

You will work with colleagues in a fast-paced environment, bringing a customer-first attitude and strong communication skills. An Emergency Response Qualification is desirable but not essential, with opportunities for development and progression.

As Operations Assistant your role will support to ensure our members feel safe and have an excellent experience every day, 7 days a week. This role will support departments across the club with activities such as cleaning, opening and closing tasks, greeting our members, and supporting teams wherever needed.""

As an Operations Assistant , we are looking for someone who :

• Has an over all passion for customer service
• A team player, with strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
