David Lloyd Leisure is seeking a passionate Operations Assistant to support daily club operations, helping members feel safe and enjoy a superb experience every day. You will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere across the club and assist with ongoing service delivery.

In this role you will help with cleaning, opening and closing routines, greeting members, and collaborating with teams to maintain smooth operations. A proactive, caring mindset and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Emergency Response Qualification is desirable.

Our team members are the ambassadors of our business and the heart of what we do. W e are on the look out for a passionate Operations Assistant to join our team! As Operations Assistant your role will support to ensure our members feel safe and have an excellent experience every day, 7 days a week. This role will support departments across the club with activities such as cleaning, opening and closing tasks, greeting our members, and supporting teams wherever needed.""

As an Operations Assistant , we are looking for someone who :

• Has an over all passion for customer service
• A team player, with strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
