Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure in Warrington is seeking a passionate Operations Assistant to support members' experience seven days a week. You will assist across the club with cleaning, opening and closing tasks, greeting members and supporting teams wherever needed.

If you love delivering great service, are a team player with strong communication, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you. An Emergency Response qualification is desirable.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service and member experience.
• Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced club environment.
• Emergency Response Qualification is desirable, not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cleaning, opening and closing tasks across the club.
• Greet members and provide support to teams to enhance the guest experience.
• Support departments as needed to ensure safety and smooth operations seven days a week.
