Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in Cheltenham is seeking an Operations Assistant to help ensure members feel safe and receive an excellent experience every day of the week. You will support multiple clubs functions, including cleaning, opening/closing, and greeting members, while backing team operations across the site.

We value a strong customer service mindset, teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. An emergency response qualification is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service passion and strong communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist across clubs with daily tasks including cleaning, opening and closing procedures.
• Greet members and provide support to teams as needed.
• Support departments to ensure safe, welcoming environment 7 days a week.
