David Lloyd Clubs in Bicester is seeking an Operations Assistant to ensure members have a safe and excellent experience every day, seven days a week. You will support across the club with cleaning, opening/closing tasks, greeting members and backing teams wherever needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Emergency Response Qualification desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cleaning and opening/closing tasks.
• Greet members and support clubs across departments.
• Assist teams as needed to ensure smooth operations.
