Job summary

Recruitment Rebellion seeks an Operations Manager to shape the operational model for a modern wealth management business in the City of London. You’ll own onboarding, accounts, transfers, payments, platforms and the day-to-day operations while building scalable workflows and automation.

This hands-on role requires five years’ experience in financial planning/wealth management operations, strong process discipline, and a genuine interest in AI. Hybrid, office-based with some remote days.

Qualifications

• Experience within financial planning and/or wealth management operations is essential.
• Around five years’ experience and understanding of the client journey, platforms, providers and operational realities of this business.
• Process-driven, exceptionally organized and detail-focused.
• Technically curious and genuinely interested in AI and automation.
• Proactive - you see what needs doing rather than waiting to be told.
• Able to design the process and roll up your sleeves to do the work.

Responsibilities

• Own and design the operational model behind a modern wealth management business.
• Involved in onboarding, account opening, transfers, payments, platforms and the everyday operational work that keeps the business moving.
• Architect and builder: design processes, procedures and workflows; explore how technology, automation and AI can be embedded.
• Collaborate with the founder and take ownership of how the operational pieces fit together and ensure they work.
