Job summary

Recruitment Rebellion in London is seeking an Operations Manager to shape the operational model behind a modern, technology-led wealth management business.

You will own end-to-end client onboarding, account openings, transfers and payments, and design workflows and platforms to make the operation scalable.

You'll be an architect and builder, turning AI and automation ideas into reality, while working closely with the founder and growing into a senior role.

Qualifications

• Experience within financial planning and/or wealth management operations.
• Around five years' experience in similar roles.
• Understanding of client journey, platforms, providers and operational realities in this business.

Responsibilities

• Own client onboarding, account opening, transfers and payments.
• Design processes, procedures and workflows with technology integration.
• Build and adapt platforms, providers and operational tools to scale the business.
• Architect and implement automation and AI to improve efficiency.
• Ensure the operation runs smoothly and hand-off to more senior operations as the company grows.
