Operations and Strategic Growth Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement automated systems and processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Establish best practices to streamline workflows and enhance productivity across the business.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and HR team to create and execute operational strategies aligned with business objectives and long-term growth.
• Oversee daily business operations, including managing a remote team, providing training as needed, and conducting regular performance reviews.
