We are recruiting an Operations & Maintenance Engineer to work on Highways England Contracts, focusing on maintenance and commissioning activities in designated areas including the M25, M4, M11, M1, A14, M40, and A1(M).
The role involves working with a supportive team while independently solving field issues, including maintenance, installation, cabling, and civils works, ensuring infrastructure remains connected and protected 24/7.
Previous experience in a similar role, with fault finding and testing in fibre or copper environments. Knowledge of motorway communications, telecommunication networks, copper jointing, fibre splicing, and testing. Strong health and safety awareness, ability to work overtime or on call, and a full UK driving license.
