Our mission is to enhance outdoor experiences by making the outdoors even greater. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join us as an Operations and Logistics Coordinator.

Job Description

We are a family-run business based in Edgware & Barnet, North West London, offering a variety of outdoor structures for sale and hire. Our goal is to bring life outdoors and enhance outdoor gatherings. We are looking for a dedicated and versatile Operations and Logistics Coordinator to manage daily warehouse operations, handle deliveries, respond to customer inquiries, and set up marquee hire equipment at various locations.

Requirements
Operations
  • Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct stock audits, and manage stock levels.
  • Assist in the erection and dismantling of structures, ensuring safety and security.
  • Handle loading and unloading of equipment with care.
  • Inspect equipment for damages and report issues.
  • Maintain and clean equipment for optimal condition.
  • Deliver products locally when required.
  • Provide management support as needed.
  • Improve warehouse processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
Client Servicing
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing excellent service.
  • Assist with client collections and payments at the warehouse.
Administration
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence management.
  • Support marketing efforts, including social media management and content creation.
  • Prepare reports on warehouse performance and inventory.
  • Maintain procedures manual.
  • Assist with online presence on Google, eBay, and Amazon.
  • Contribute content for the website and social media pages.
Must Have Attributes
  • Ability to lift heavy boxes manually.
  • UK driving license and own vehicle.
  • Proactive in identifying value-adding opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Confident in client interactions.
  • Customer-focused and reliable.
  • Attention to detail and strong time management skills.
  • Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Creative mindset and comfort with working with numbers.
  • Proficient in Excel and experience in customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions

Working Hours
  • Minimum 20 hours per week.
  • Hours may vary seasonally and with customer demand.
