In this role, you’ll be our first line of defense to ensure a high-priority, highly visible daily product is disseminated seamlessly and coordinate with external stakeholders on any necessary updates. You’ll facilitate discussions with leadership, analysts, and the production team to help refine your client’s definition of success and identify current f rus trations. As an Ops Analyst, you understand the importance of living documents for evolving processes and seeking to fill knowledge gaps with information. You’ll be our point of contact for incoming production requests and liaise with external teams to understand their upcoming production needs.

What You’ll Do:

  • Write and edit technical documentation and user manuals for various audiences.
  • Support our Operations Manager by liaising with external teams to understand and communicate upcoming production.
  • Contribute minor technical edits to intelligence products.
  • Handle complex processes, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Communicate clearly with team members, stakeholders, and other departments.
  • Adapt to changing circumstances, identify problems, and develop creative solutions to minimize disruptions.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in operations management within the IC
  • Experience with classifications
  • Experience with intelligence production and analysis as a primary job function
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies
  • Ability to support a shift schedule
  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail
  • TS / SCI clearance

Nice If You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience with editing
  • Possession of excellent organization and time management skills

The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
