***Robert Half is working with a financial services firm based in central London looking for a Junior Operations Analyst.

Salary - UP TO £43 000 DOE

Operations Analyst

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join the Asset Management team. Sitting within the Operations team, this role will support all middle and back-office functions, playing a key part in the day-to-day running of our investment operations.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with service providers to ensure smooth daily operations of the UCITS platform and handle queries promptly and efficiently.
• Perform daily trade and FX trade reporting and verification.
• Monitor current and forecasted cash balances, including oversight of currency hedges.
• Prepare and enter cash transactions, cash transfer instructions, and FX conversions into custody platforms.
• Provide oversight of client and fund transactions, including daily reporting of investor activity to internal stakeholders.
• Support the sales team with investor transaction and holdings analysis.
• Assist in the preparation and reporting of periodic investor data.
• Calculate and invoice monthly management fees.
• Maintain accurate fund data across the website and external platforms/vendors.
• Conduct UCITS compliance monitoring.
• Support the risk management function through daily data validation and generation of key reports.

Experience:

• Prior experience in financial services and banking operations.
