Job description

An established metal recycling company based in Stratford-upon-Avon requires an experienced Operations Analyst.

Duties:

• Update and maintain operational data and produce accurate reports in line with company requirements.
• Analyse and reconcile stock and inventory data.
• Create and distribute reports on existing and operational data as required.
• Critically analyse datasets and investigate variances.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Create, implement, and maintain operational spreadsheets, documents and presentations.
• Manage contractor processes through certification, inductions, signing-in, checking permits and filing documentation.

Requirements:

• Data input and analysis experience.
• Stock control and bill of materials experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software with Excel to an advanced level.
• Knowledge of weighbridge processes and systems an advantage.
• Understanding of metal recycling and separation processes an advantage.
• Due to location of the company own transport would be required.

Hours:

• 6.30am to 3pm Monday to Friday (30 minute lunch break).
• Overtime may be available.

This is a permanent position that starts immediately.
