is working with a financial services firm based in central London looking for a Junior Operations Analyst.

Salary - UP TO £43,000 DOE

Operations Analyst

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join the Asset Management team. This role supports all middle and back-office functions and is key to the daily operations of our investment activities.

Responsibilities:

1. Liaise with service providers to ensure smooth daily operations of the UCITS platform and handle queries efficiently.
2. Perform daily trade and FX trade reporting and verification.
3. Monitor current and forecasted cash balances, including oversight of currency hedges.
4. Prepare and enter cash transactions, transfer instructions, and FX conversions into custody platforms.
5. Oversee client and fund transactions, including daily investor activity reporting.
6. Support the sales team with investor transaction and holdings analysis.
7. Assist in preparing and reporting periodic investor data.
8. Calculate and invoice monthly management fees.
9. Maintain accurate fund data across websites and external platforms.
10. Conduct UCITS compliance monitoring.
11. Support risk management through daily data validation and report generation.

Experience:

• Prior experience in financial services and banking operations.
