Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Perform integrity testing of Escode deposits to ensure contents are virus-free and accessible.
• Update relevant business systems after testing.
• Log and follow-up on issues with deposits within SLAs.
• Coordinate with contracted parties and internal teams on deposit issues.
• Work with the Legal team on data and compliance matters.
• Produce and issue verification reports adhering to standards.
• Address questions regarding verification exercises.
• Coordinate invoicing for chargeable work.
• Support deposit processes and handle deposit release or destruction requests.
• Respond to customer queries related to deposits and contracts.
• Participate in audits and administrative tasks.
• Contribute to training and continuous improvement.
• Perform additional reasonable duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills.
• Good time management.
• Experience with modern operating systems.
• Understanding of virtualization, especially VMware.
• Educated to A-Level/Degree in IT or related fields.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Basic knowledge of cloud providers like AWS or Azure.
• Basic programming skills (SQL, C/C++/C#).
• Understanding of software development lifecycle models.
