Job summary

Legend is hiring an AI & Automation Lead who will own how our key operations teams use AI daily, partnering with Finance, Legal, Business Ops, People and Talent. You will map opportunities, build agents and automations, and coach teams to achieve meaningful time savings.

You’ll also work with Engineering on larger builds while staying the business owner and accountable for time released. This business-led role measures success by hours released, reliability of agents, and the value created for

Qualifications

Ability to map how work gets done and identify AI opportunities.
Proven delivery of AI agents, automations or workflows in live business use.
Sound judgment on data, access, accuracy and security considerations.
Clear communication with non-technical colleagues and senior stakeholders.
Demonstrated end‑to‑end ownership and measurable impact.
Experience with Claude, n8n or similar platforms is useful.

Responsibilities

Map workflows with team leads and rank AI opportunities by value and hours saved.
Design and build practical agents and workflows; mentor teams on simple automations.
Test solutions with approved tools and ensure proper integration and governance.
Own live agents end-to-end: documented, monitored, secured and auditable.
Collaborate with People and Talent to bring AI into HR and recruitment workflows.
Drive adoption with leads and report hours released against a baseline.
