Legend is hiring an AI & Operations Manager to turn business challenges into AI agents and automated workflows that reduce manual work and boost productivity. • Prototype, test, gather feedback and iterate to meet business outcomes.
• Operationalise solutions with documentation, controls and monitoring for enterprise reliability.

The Role:

As the AI & Operations Manager you’ll own turning business challenges into AI agents and automated workflows that change how Legend works—reducing manual work, freeing up teams and delivering measurable productivity gains.

Partnering with teams across Legend, you’ll identify the biggest opportunities and take solutions from idea to everyday use. You’ll design, build, test and launch them, then own their performance and ongoing improvement.

You’ll make AI practical and reliable, giving teams the tools to achieve more without needing to become AI experts themselves.

This is the first hire like this in Legend - giving you the space to shape the role.

Your Impact:

• Turn business problems into AI solutions: Work directly with teams to understand operational challenges, pain points and opportunities and determine where AI, agents or automation can provide the right solution.
• Design and build AI agents: Translate business requirements into agent behaviours, workflows, prompts, logic, integrations and configurations, building solutions from initial concept through to working product.
• Own implementation end-to-end: Lead discovery, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment and production readiness.
• Build automated workflows: Connect agents with the systems, APIs, data and workflows required to automate processes effectively.
• Prototype and iterate quickly: Build and test solutions, gather feedback and continuously refine them until they deliver the required business outcome.
• Operationalise what you build: Ensure solutions have the documentation, controls, monitoring and support processes required to operate reliably at enterprise level.
• Own agents in production: Take responsibility for the ongoing configuration, maintenance
