Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Aberdeen is seeking an Operations Agent to join our logistics team. The role combines office and warehouse duties in a Monday to Friday schedule from 10:30 to 19:00 with a 1-hour unpaid break.

In the office you will greet visitors, answer emails and phone enquiries, and perform general administrative tasks. In the warehouse you will stack pallets, process shipments and assist with manual handling when required, working as part of a busy operations team.

Responsibilities

• Office duties from 10:30 to 14:30: Greeting visitors, replying to email and phone enquiries, performing administrative tasks.
• Warehouse duties from 15:30 to 19:00: Stacking pallets ready for transit, processing shipments, assisting with manual handling and physical tasks when required.
