Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe is seeking a highly organised Administrator to join the Randalstown Feed Mill team on a 12-month FTC. The role blends office administration with operational support and quality compliance tasks in a busy mill environment.

You will provide essential administrative support, manage office duties, weighbridge logistics, and assist the Quality Control team with sampling, analysis, swabbing, and barcoding. Excellent attention to detail and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience.
• Strong numerical and computer literacy skills.
• Experience using ERP systems and/or databases.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
• Good standard of written and spoken English.
• Educated to secondary school level or equivalent.
• Ability to interpret and analyse data.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical and administrative support across the site, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
• Carry out general office duties including Word processing, spreadsheet management, report preparation, filing and document control.
• Update notice boards and information screens and handle telephone enquiries.
• Manage office supplies and printer stock.
• Operate the main weighbridge and support raw material intake and planning activities.
• Assist the Quality Control team with organising samples, in-house analysis, swabbing, testing procedures and barcoding.
