THE COMPANY:

Our client is an expanding wealth management firm, offering a broad range of services across financial planning, investment management, settlement, and custody services.

Please note, this role is based in Harrogate.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform data input, maintain central spreadsheets, and keep good paperless records for audit purposes.
  • Assist with the smooth running of all aspects of the Operations process, as required.
  • Be the subject matter expert on Know Your Customer (KYC) and Due Diligence (DD) processes and train internal and possibly external staff on these processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company procedures and policies, and complete compliance training in a timely manner.
  • Perform any other duties aligned with the level and scope of this role.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Inquisitive, detail-oriented problem-solver.
  • Proven ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Client Data or Transfers is preferable but not essential.
  • Experience in the financial services sector is advantageous but not necessary.
