Role: Sales Operations Administrator
Location: UK based – London, Cheltenham or Manchester

The Opportunity:

Reporting to Sales Operations, this position will be sat alongside the sales team providing sales operational support for all UK Sales. The main function of the role is to ensure that our mandated sales process is followed at all times in order to comply with our regular ISO audits and to guarantee that the sales lifecycle is transparent and performing to KPI standards.

Job Responsibilities:

Review and process all won opportunities into the sales order system, including:

  • Checking the correct win documentation is present and uploaded.

  • Ensuring full and clear invoicing profiles are completed.

  • Making sure all essential information for smooth job delivery is updated on the system.

  • Commercial/Final check of proposals (within agreed value parameters) to ensure they are correct and ready to be submitted to clients.

  • Maintenance of account records on the Salesforce CRM system.

  • Production of bespoke reports regarding forecast / delivered work and any general account information as and when requested by Account Managers.

Requirements:

  • Must be process driven and have exemplary accuracy and attention to detail skills.

  • Candidates will need strong organisational and communication skills.

  • Able to use initiative as well as work as part of a team.

  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic.

  • Strong business work ethic.

  • Knowledge of Salesforce would be ideal.

  • MS Office particularly Word & Excel.

  • Proven office experience in a sales environment.

  • Spreadsheet and Database experience (preferred).
