NHS is seeking an Operational Trainer to provide training and induction to staff across multiple care homes. This role involves ensuring that new employees are supported as they start their careers with Barchester, maintaining high standards in training and staff development.

As an Operational Trainer at Barchester, you will be responsible for providing induction and development training to around 4 homes and/or hospitals across a specific region. You will be one of the initial points of contact between Barchester and new members of staff, and you should demonstrate a passion for your role and the Barchester ethos. This varied position will provide you with the opportunity to witness the skilled progression of staff from their first day, throughout their Barchester career. This is a home-based position that will involve travel around a specific region.
