Main duties of the job

As an Operational Trainer at Barchester, you will be responsible for providing induction and development training to around 4 homes and/or hospitals across a specific region. You will be one of the initial points of contact between Barchester and new members of staff, and you should demonstrate a passion for your role and the Barchester ethos. This varied position will provide you with the opportunity to witness the skilled progression of staff from their first day, throughout their Barchester career. This is a home-based position that will involve travel around a specific region.

Qualifications

• You will need to have a C&G 7300 (or equivalent) qualification, a Diploma level 3 in Health & Social Care or experience of working in the social care sector, and a working knowledge of the legislative requirements in the care sector. You should also have at least 2 years of training experience and a full UK driving licence.
