Job summary

Vita Health Group is seeking an Operational Team Manager for the Newcastle Talking Therapies service. You will report to the Deputy Operational Lead and oversee day-to-day operations, line-manage clinicians, and ensure high-quality clinical practice to meet service targets.

The role requires coordinating staff and resources while building strong internal and external relationships. You will contribute to performance management and professional development, with a focus on operational efficiency,

Qualifications

• Experience providing line management to teams.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary settings.
• Experience generating policies and procedural practises.
• Strong familiarity with Power BI for data analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Talking Therapies service.
• Line-manage a team of clinicians, including performance management and development.
• Ensure effective clinical practice to meet service delivery objectives.
• Oversee service delivery, coordinating staff and resources for operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Support achievement of service goals and performance targets.
