Job summary

John Henry Group is looking for a candidate in Longstanton to support operational delivery teams by ensuring key information is processed and permits actioned in advance of works. Job description

Undertake key activities in support of the operational delivery teams ensuring key information is readily available, work instructions processed and permits actioned in advance of works and closed as appropriate. Liaise with internal stakeholders, third parties and to ensure all relevant information is captured and progressed. Ensuring operations are clearly communicated with to manage realistic expectation. Input and maintain key data in relation to work activity undertaken in JHG systems such as DepotNet ensuring data entry is accurate and complete. Produce reports for the operational delivery teams as requested.

Responsibilities

• Ensure you have some understanding of the key elements of the client contract relating to the work you are doing to ensure you successfully delivering against these requirements.
• Liaise with third parties to request and/or provide information in relation to the works being completed working collaboratively to resolve outstanding issues/disputes quickly representing JHG in a professional manner.
• Work collaboratively with operational teams to ensure all required information is captured/provided in a timely manner, is accurate and able to be used confidently in the operational delivery processes.
• Input and maintain key data in JHG systems such as DepotNet, ensuring data input is accurate and complete.
• Ensure your work is undertaken safely and in compliance with JHG policies and procedures.
• Accurately and efficiently release stats from DepotNet ensuring sense checks of inputs to mitigate potential health safety concerns.
• Accurately and efficiently complete desktop risk assessments.
• Input AFP’s in a timely and accurate manner ensuring that the relevant pay certificates are issued to the subcontractor within deadlines.
