Placements24 is seeking a Management Consultant specializing in Business Process Optimization to join a hybrid team in Randburg. You will analyze client workflows, identify bottlenecks, and design streamlined processes to boost productivity and reduce costs across diverse sectors.

The role requires a minimum of five years in operational consulting, strong process-mapping and measurement skills, and the ability to collaborate both in person and remotely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, operations management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business process improvement or operational consulting.
• Strong knowledge of process mapping, re-engineering, and performance measurement.
• Proven experience implementing process changes and driving efficiency.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess client processes to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement Lean and Six Sigma-based process designs.
• Create process documentation, flowcharts, and SOPs.
• Lead workshops to gather requirements and drive change buy-in.
• Implement new processes and monitor adoption and standards.
• Measure impact with KPIs and report client outcomes.
