Operations Specialist, Luxury Brand

Appointment-only boutique: Monday to Saturday

Location: Mayfair, London

I am working with a luxury brand that combines artisanal craftsmanship with a rebellious spirit. The brand focuses on creating high-quality, often unique items inspired by art rather than market trends. Products are produced in limited quantities, ensuring rarity and desirability, with a distinctive aesthetic that has cultivated a loyal, fashion-forward following.

The Operations Service Specialist provides clerical support for both front and back of house operations in the store. The OSS is responsible for processing transactions accurately (including receptions, CRM, SKUs, payments, and client verification) and supporting after-sales services when needed.

Job requirements
  • Accurately record sales transactions at the register, including processing sales, receptions, repairs, and assisting with opening and closing procedures with management.
  • Organise and prioritise the workstation and selling floor to support sales: ensure all items (bags, boxes, notecards, ribbons, POS materials) are stocked and merchandising standards are maintained.
  • Record detailed CRM information to provide meaningful purchase history and sales analysis.
  • Collaborate with sales and service associates to manage appointment schedules.
  • Answer phones promptly with friendly and professional customer service.
  • Provide high levels of customer service: greet customers warmly, assist with questions, and help with wrapping and packaging at the point of sale.
  • Support sales and stock teams with product management, including ticketing and inventory returns.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory through regular checks and cycle counts.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company news.
  • Represent the brand positively at all times.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with management, peers, and store teams.
  • Adhere to retail policies and health and safety guidelines.
  • Manage special orders, preparing cash for Loomis, and update daily sales and customer waiting lists.

  • Working days: Monday to Saturday
  • Hours: 10:30 am - 7:30 pm
  • Uniform allowance provided after passing probation
