Anglian Water is launching its two-year Operational Services Graduate Programme in the Huntingdon area, with placements across Operational Technology, Metering, Operational Control Centre, and Planning & Scheduling. You’ll gain hands-on experience while helping to deliver reliable water services and environmental outcomes.

No prior industry experience is required; you should be curious, ambitious and ready to learn.

Qualifications

• No prior industry experience is required and you should be curious, ambitious and ready to learn.
• You should be studying towards or have obtained a minimum 2:2 in any degree discipline and graduated by September 2027 for the 2027 intake.
• The programme focuses on developing expertise through real business challenges, placements and learning from experienced colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Gain experience across Operational Technology, Metering, Operational Control Centre, and Planning & Scheduling.
• Work on real business challenges to support customers, communities and the environment.
• Use technology, data and digital systems to support smarter decision making.
• Contribute to projects that improve resilience, efficiency and customer service.
