Job summary

Anglian Water is offering a two-year Operational Services Graduate Programme in the Huntingdon region. The scheme provides diverse placements and hands-on experience across Operational Technology, Metering, Operational Control Centre, and Planning & Scheduling to build expertise and prepare you for future leadership roles.

Qualifications

Minimum 2:2 in any degree discipline and graduate by September 2027 for the 2027 intake.
Open to candidates currently studying towards a degree with a plan to graduate by Sept 2027.

Responsibilities

Gain experience across Operational Technology, Metering, Control Centre and Planning & Scheduling.
Analyse data and support smarter decision making.
Assist with incident coordination and responses with the 24/7 Control Centre.
Support planning to ensure resources are deployed when needed.
Contribute to projects improving resilience, efficiency and customer service.
Explore how data and automation can transform operational performance.
