As an Operational Safety Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the consistent and effective application of ScottishPower Safety Rules (Electrical & Mechanical) across all business units and contractors. Your duties will include rigorous operational auditing, addressing negative trends, implementing corrective actions, advising the Regulated Business Executive team on safety matters, updating safety procedures, leading incident investigations, and conducting safety audits and training.

**Minimum Requirements:**

• Broad Senior Authorised Person experience in a UK DNO or TNO.
• Expert knowledge of ScottishPower Safety Rules (Electrical & Mechanical) and related policies.
• Experience in operational safety audits, incident investigations, and safety compliance.
• Educated to HNC level in Engineering or equivalent experience.

**Salary:** from £61,600 to £77,000 (plus up to 15% bonus and benefits).
