Ravensdale Infant and Nursery School is seeking an experienced Designated Safeguarding Lead to oversee safeguarding, child protection and online safety across the school, while leading pastoral care to support every child.

You will provide high‑quality guidance to school leaders, liaise with the local authority and police, and work within a relational behaviour framework to create a calm, secure learning environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in safeguarding and child protection is essential.
• Knowledge of online safety and trauma-informed approaches is desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively with school leaders, staff and external partners.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee safeguarding and child protection across the school, including online safety.
• Lead pastoral care to support every child and contribute to school improvement.
