Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Regulatory Reporting - Operational Risk Analyst (Primary Dealer Reporting) to join the Regulatory Operations team in Belfast. You will oversee monthly regulatory reporting to DMOs, ensuring timely delivery and data accuracy in a fast-paced financial environment.

The role combines analysis, risk awareness and cross-functional collaboration with Operations and Technology, supporting remediation, controls and process improvements while meeting governance standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and deliver monthly Primary Dealer regulatory reporting to various DMOs.
• Monitor, investigate, and resolve reporting exceptions and data quality issues promptly.
• Collaborate with Operations, Technology, and other stakeholders to uphold reporting processes and controls.
• Identify reporting risks, elevate issues, and drive remediation to ensure resolution.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies and governance standards.
• Support continuous improvement through proactive exception management, process enhancements and testing.
• Contribute to a strong control environment by enhancing reporting accuracy and efficiency.
