Job Description:

Operational Risk & Operational Resilience Specialist

Investment Management

This role involves acting as a liaison between 1st and 2nd line, ensuring risk events and breaches are recorded, escalated, and managed effectively. You will produce Risk Management Information, conduct analysis, and report findings with recommendations for improvements.

You will also serve as the Operational Resilience Subject Matter Expert, helping to develop the firm's Resilience and Business Continuity Planning, which is still in its early stages.

Ideal candidates will have broad Risk Management experience within Financial Services, with strong understanding of Operational Risk Management, Operational Resilience, and Business Continuity Planning. Experience in investment or wealth management is advantageous but not essential.
