Cluster Sales Manager – UNO Hotels

Location: Grovefield House Hotel, Buckinghamshire

UNO Hotels is activating a growth agenda across its regional portfolio, and we’re hiring a commercially driven Cluster Sales Manager to accelerate market penetration and revenue performance.

Core Mandate

Own the end-to-end sales pipeline across multiple UNO properties, with Grovefield House as the primary base of operations. Deliver measurable uplift in room nights, corporate accounts, events, and group business.

Key Accountabilities

  • Build and execute a multi-property sales strategy aligned with revenue targets and brand priorities.
  • Expand the corporate client base through structured outreach, networking, and partnership development.
  • Drive conversion across meetings, events, leisure groups, and high-value segments.
  • Maintain an active pipeline via CRM discipline, forecasting accuracy, and weekly performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with GMs, revenue management, and marketing to optimise pricing, packages, and market positioning.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, client reviews, and on-property activations to maximise share of wallet.
  • Monitor competitor movements and leverage data insights to stay ahead of regional demand trends.
