We are looking for an Operational Risk Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to help design and implement enhancements to 1st and 2nd line risk capabilities for Funding Circle UK, participating in and overseeing key risk management activities and executing applicable risk monitoring, reporting, and governance responsibilities.

The appointee will need to work independently and with a high degree of initiative to support the Head of Risk & Controls Assurance with embedding a risk management framework and culture to improve risk identification, management, treatment, and reporting across the organisation.
This role requires the need to work closely and broadly across the business to enhance decision making whilst reducing operational risk and improving overall business resiliency.
