Job summary

M&G plc is hiring an Operational Risk Framework Manager to design, enhance and maintain the Group’s Operational Risk Framework. You will coordinate training, guidance, and controls across the Risk & Compliance function, liaising with senior stakeholders to ensure consistent application.

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills.

• Experience designing, enhancing and embedding Operational Risk Management Frameworks in a regulated financial services environment.
• Ability to present Operational Risk Framework updates at Committees and Forums.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, maintenance and enhancements of group-wide Operational Risk Standards and guidance.
• Ensure alignment with Group Risk Management Policy, Taxonomy and Appetite Framework.
• Own operational risk framework training and communications to Risk & Control Community.
• Develop operational risk elements of Group Risk Taxonomy and Appetite Framework with Enterprise Risk Framework Manager.
• Collaborate with GRC Platform Integration to translate methodologies into requirements.
• Present related topics at Committees and Forums as required.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team within Non-Financial Risk.
