The Operational Risk Assurance team supports the Global Operational Risk function by defining and maintaining Methodologies and Frameworks for undertaking Credible Challenge of the 1st Line of Defense across all business operational risk categories within Citi. The team also oversees the execution of challenges undertaken by ORM and conducts Quality Assurance over ORM activities. As an Operational Risk Management Vice President in the Independent Assurance and Quality Assurance team, you will manage challenge methodologies, ensure alignment with Operational Risk Management's second line of defense, oversee challenge execution, identify best practices, and provide guidance on compliance. You will educate global ORM on methodologies and tools, foster collaboration, and continuously improve these methodologies based on feedback and industry changes. Additionally, you will participate in risk-related projects to enhance risk management within the organization.
