Referment is supporting a regulated UK digital bank in a second-line Operational Risk Analyst role, based in London or Manchester. You will help develop and maintain the Operational Risk Management Framework, advise on risk identification, assessments, monitoring and reporting, and challenge teams to strengthen controls across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational risk, risk management or assurance roles.
• Understanding of RCSAs, risk events, issues management and KRIs.
• Ability to document control assessments and prepare board-ready reporting.

Responsabilités

• Identify and assess operational risks and maintain effective controls.
• Conduct risk assessments, identify weaknesses and recommend improvements.
• Develop, maintain and implement risk policies and procedures.
• Oversee RCSA processes with action plans and monitoring.
• Coordinate risk events, ensure clear ownership and progress tracking.
• Review risk events to identify recurring themes and causes.
• Test and monitor controls for design and operation effectiveness.
• Develop and monitor KRIs and escalate concerns.
• Prepare management information and monthly/quarterly board reporting.
• Provide second-line advice on projects and new products.
