Looking for an experienced Operational Risk Analyst Ideal candidates will have a background in risk, compliance, or internal audit within industries like commodities, shipping, or bunkerage. Expertise in risk management frameworks is essential.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Implementing and supporting the Operational Risk framework.

· Providing operational risk insights and industry best practices.

· Acting as a deputy for the Operational Risk Manager.

· Reviewing and improving policies to enhance risk awareness.

· Investigating incidents and documenting improvement suggestions.

· Developing and improving risk controls.

· Preparing and presenting risk reports.

· Ensuring system changes align with risk management frameworks.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

· Proven experience in operational risk roles, preferably in commodity trading or bunkering.

· Flexible, adaptable, and able to handle complex, undefined information.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships.

· Management experience to lead and develop team members.

· Knowledge of risk control processes and commodity trading operations.

· IT skills, experience with ETRM systems, and BPMN process mapping.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

· Preferred: ACA/ACCA/CIMA or FRM/ERP/CFA.
