A leading Retail Banking organization in Slough is seeking an Operational Resilience Manager to implement a comprehensive Operational Resilience Framework. This role offers the opportunity to significantly influence how the bank meets regulatory demands and enhances overall operational resilience. Ideal candidates will have a robust background in operational risk and business continuity, with relevant banking experience.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Operational Resilience, Operational Risk, and Business Continuity.
• Previous experience of setting up Operational Resilience frameworks.
• Retail / Commercial Banking experience preferred.

Role: Operational Resilience Manager (12 month FTC)

Location: London / Hybrid

Start: ASAP

Our market leading Retail Banking organisation are looking for an Operational Resilience Manager to embed an Operational Resilience Framework to enable the bank achieve operational resilience

Key Accountabilities:

• Devising and running operational resilience scenarios
• Carry out Operational Resilience Self Assessments
• Build awareness and understanding of Operational Resilience across the business

Key Skills

• Strong background in Operational Resilience, Operational Risk and Business Continuity best practice
• Will have previous experience of setting up Operational Resilience frameworks
• Retail / Commercial Banking experience
• Strong Stakeholder management and communication skills
• Practical Inquisitive mindset with strong problem solving ability
• Background in Technology/Systems would be nice to have
