Are you ready to make a real impact on operational resilience? We’re looking for a dedicated Operational Resilience Manager to help shape and strengthen our operational resilience framework. In this key role, you’ll oversee the daily delivery of resilience activities across critical business areas, ensuring our organisation can consistently deliver Important Business Services (IBS) within set tolerances.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Operational Risk and Resilience, coordinating testing, scenario exercises, and build strong relationships with IBS Owners and service teams. If you're a proactive, delivery-focused professional with a passion for enhancing resilience, we want to hear from you!
