Job summary

evoke plc is seeking an Operational Resilience Manager to own the Incident Management capability and drive resilience across the organisation.

Reporting into the Enterprise Risk Management team, you will lead major incident responses, perform root cause analysis, develop executive insights, and advance the Business Continuity framework with testing and governance.

Qualifications

  • Experience leading or coordinating Incident Management in a complex operational or technology environment.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with executive dashboards.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management under pressure.
  • Solid understanding of risk, operational resilience, business continuity and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the coordination and resolution of major incidents, ensuring effective governance, stakeholder management and timely communications
  • Chair major incident calls and coordinate cross-functional teams to minimise business disruption and restore services efficiently
  • Manage incident escalation processes in line with organisational governance and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct post-incident reviews, performing root cause analysis and driving remediation activities through to completion
  • Own and continuously enhance the Incident Management framework, processes, controls and reporting capabilities
  • Analysing incident data, trends and risk indicators to identify recurring issues, emerging risks and opportunities for improvement
  • Producing executive dashboards and reports, providing actionable insights to senior leadership, Executive Committees and Risk Committees
  • Supporting Business Continuity and Operational Resilience activities, including maintaining continuity frameworks, coordinating testing exercises and promoting resilience best practices across the organisation.

Join evoke plc as an Operational Resilience Manager and help shape the resilience of a leading organisation.

Reporting into the Enterprise Risk Management team, you'll take ownership of the Incident Management capability, leading the response to major incidents, driving root cause analysis and post-incident reviews, and providing meaningful insights through trend analysis and executive reporting.

You'll also support the ongoing development of our Business Continuity Management framework, ensuring continuity plans are maintained, tested, and effective in protecting critical business operations and supporting long-term resilience.

What you will be doing:

Who were are looking for:
  • Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating Incident Management activities within a complex operational or technology environment, including major incident response and stakeholder engagement
  • Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities, with experience identifying trends, producing management information, and delivering executive-level insights through dashboards and reporting tools such as Power BI
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure, facilitate post-incident reviews, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • A solid understanding of risk management, operational resilience, business continuity, and governance frameworks, with experience supporting resilience planning, testing, and compliance requirements.
